CREW Tampa Bay is pleased to provide our members with an exciting opportunity to attend the 2017 CREW Network Convention & Marketplace, from Oct. 25 – Oct. 27 at the Marriott Marquis Houston. CREW Tampa Bay will reimburse up to $1,500 to offset the expenses for 10 members to attend (this includes the $970 registration fee plus $530 for other convention related expenses.)


The convention will expand your business network, and you will hear from some of the most thought-provoking speakers today, find out what’s next in CREW and get an in-depth look at what’s happening in the Houston marketplace. CREW CONVENTION SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA

 

  • Applicants for the scholarship must have their CREWbiz bio completed and photo uploaded.

  • Applicants will be required to write an article on one of the Convention sessions, the article will be used in a future CREW newsletter or eblast to members.

  • CREW Tampa Bay will award up to $1,500 to each recipient, which scholarship must be used for the $970 registration fee, with the $530 balance being used for expenses directly related to attending the Convention. It cannot be used for supplemental activities such as educational tours, learning excursions or dine-arounds. The scholarship will be paid as a reimbursable expense to recipients, upon submittal of receipts via email to Shelley Roth-Kocsis, and will be reimbursed upon return from the Convention.

  • Recipients shall provide proof of registration for the Convention five (5) business days after being awarded the scholarship. In the event this deadline is not met or proof of registration isn’t provided, the scholarship will be awarded to another applicant.
