Mentorship

CREW Tampa Bay is dedicated to assisting our members with industry knowledge and professional guidance. The Mentorship Program is designed to benefit these members and assist them in fulfilling their professional goals.

Our CREW Tampa Bay network is one of the most important assets in our career. We are very fortunate to have one of the largest and most diverse networks among Commercial Real Estate Professionals.

The goal of the Mentorship Program is to connect members through discussion topics including personal, professional, educational and leadership cues. We believe members can greatly benefit from the experiences and advice of your peers, while developing meaningful relationships and strengthening your network.

The Mentorship Program is a member benefit and is available at no-cost to CREW Tampa Bay members. However please know that we do have criteria that we will be following when making our pairings and selections. Among the criteria is completion of your CREWbiz profile. This requirement is in place to assist you with nurturing your own personal brand. Materials used in the Mentoring Program are provided by CREW Network Foundation.  Qualifying candidates must be a current donor (defined as someone who has made a donation of $45 or more to the CREW Network Foundation within two (2) months of the application date). Support the CREW Network Foundation by making a donation today.

You must also:
  • Be an active member of CREW Tampa Bay
  • Be willing to ‘do the work’ needed to prepare prior to your monthly meeting so the time spent together is in discovery and discussion
  • Agree to meet a minimum of one hour per month
