Ms. Garza is a Senior Vice President in JLL’s Consulting group where she leads the Workplace Strategy practice across Florida. Her responsibilities include supporting clients with workplace and portfolio strategies, change management, occupancy planning and space standards development and implementation.
Ms. Garza’s background in architecture and economic development combined with her corporate real estate expertise allow her to develop solutions that cab be globally deployed while keeping employee buy-in and company culture in mind. She recently worked with FedEx, Virgin Cruises and Wix to develop award winning work environments. Eva has also helped global clients implement design guidelines across geographies, including; Eli Lilly (Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, & Peru), Johnson and Johnson (Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and US) and Rockwell Collins (Argentina, Brazil, and US).
Eva Garza's multidisciplinary perspective built on over 20 years of experience in architecture, planning and economic development allows her to provide unique expertise correlating real estate portfolio analysis, to facility master planning.
Prior to JLL, Ms. Garza served as Strategic Consulting lead for HOK Miami, where she worked with local companies to deliver value across their facility life cycle. Eva Garza was also part of the HOK’s New York office and has worked with OBM Miami, LSL Planning, Lambert Advisory and B&A Miami.
Ms. Garza graduated from The University of Pennsylvania, earning a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning with concentration in Economic Development. She also has a B.A. in Architecture from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon in Monterrey Mexico.
She is a Prosci Change Management Certified professional, a LEED Accredited Professonal and part of the APA's American Institute of Certified Planners. She enjoys sharing her expertise at industry forums such as IFMA and CoreNet and volunteered at USGBC South Florida.
