Nancy Phaneuf Manning is a commercial real estate developer and broker and has been president of Nancy Phaneuf Commercial Realty & Development since 1996. NPR has thrived in good times and outlasted tougher times in the real estate market. Nancy has over 32 years’ experience in exclusively commercial real estate services, providing her clients with assistance on leases, building & land sales, real estate investments, as well as ground up development. Nancy is a graduate, with distinction, from Cornell University, and has earned her industry’s most prestigious designations, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), for her professionalism and commitment to excellence.

Nancy has been the recipient of numerous awards, including FCGAR’S #1 Top Regional Industrial Producer (2017), FCGAR’s #3 Regional Industrial Producer (2015), CREW Networking Deal Maker of the Year (2017), CREW Tampa Bay’s Industrial Lease of the Year (2014), Networking Deal of the Year (2014), FCGAR’s Top Industrial Deal of the Year (2014) , a Top Producer in the Industrial Category from FCGAR in 2015, and been named 2005’s Top Woman in Commercial Real Estate by The Florida Real Estate Journal. The Tampa Bay Business Journal included her in their “40 under 40” in 1999 and among their finalists for Businesswoman of the Year in 2005.

As part of her service to her profession and the Tampa Bay community, she is a founding partner of Social Venture Partners Tampa Bay and has served on the boards of The Centre, All Sports Community Service and Commercial Real Estate Women.

Nancy has spent a considerable time in the investment & development arenas. In the last 18 months, she has been involved in the sale of three industrial properties, two of which were multitenant. She is also a minority partner in Big Bend Commerce Center and has sourced the land, brought the first phase of the project out of the ground to 100% occupancy and still has a small role in the development of Phase II.

Recently married and semi-retired, Nancy can be found sailing at the Davis Island Yacht Club, improving her handicap on the golf course, learning piano and drawing, and spending time with new husband, friends and family.
