Rebecca Smith
President & Founder
Rebecca founded The A.D. Morgan Corporation, April 1, 1989, at the age of 29. Prior to starting A.D. Morgan, Rebecca worked in the building industry for a renowned international construction management firm.

Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Florida earning a Bachelor’s in Architecture, a Master of Science in Building Construction, and a Doctorate in Business from the University of South Florida.

Now celebrating 33 years in business, A.D. Morgan is celebrating nearly $1 billion in projects delivered including municipal and government facilities, libraries, research facilities, universities, K-12 schools, parking garages, theaters and corrections, detention facilities as well as historic renovations. It was a highlight when A.D. Morgan was selected to build The Baughman Center, a chapel at the University of Florida, which was later recognized as ‘most significant architecture in the past 100 years.’

When asked, Rebecca would tell you that she has been blessed with the opportunity to start and grow her own construction company – and not just ANY company; “The A.D. Morgan Corporation”; a company recognized for its quality work, professional delivery, & continued community involvement, all of which is supported by the amazing individuals who make up the A.D. Morgan “family”. What a journey it has been!
